Originally from Italy, I am now based in Edinburgh and I have scored several student and indie films since completing my Master's degree in Composition at University of Edinburgh. My work spans a wide range of styles: from orchestral and jazz scores to synth-based textures and ambient soundscapes.

Having scored multiple projects - often on tight timelines - I consistently received positive feedback from filmmakers for my ability to bring emotional depth and narrative support through my music. Using professional-level software and hardware, I aim to create music that complements and enhances the director's vision.

Movie poster featuring Mario Lopez Fernandez and Magnus Kelly for the comedy film "Now Showing" by Big Jaw Gettys. The poster shows large portraits of the actors against a red curtain background, with smaller images of a man in a beanie and skeletons sitting on a red velvet couch at the bottom.
A comic-style poster for a short film titled "Eye Contact" showing a girl in grayscale, crouched on the floor with a shy expression, under a spotlight. Large eyes with intense gaze are at the top, with the words "Eye Contact" written above. The poster credits Carmen Thomson as the filmmaker and Manuele Manieri for music and sound.

My musical influences include Angelo Badalamenti, Michael Giacchino, John Carpenter, Jerry Goldsmith, Vangelis just to name a few. As a guitarist with a background in prog rock and jazz I developed a unique voice as a composer, blending traditional orchestration with modern approaches and techniques.

If you’re looking for original music for film or other visual media, I would love to discuss your project.
